Jules Miller
NESSA's headmistress, Jules Miller, is a passionate and highly experienced drama teacher who loves helping young performers grow in confidence, creativity, and self-belief.
​
She is a NSW Education Standards Authority-registered teacher and holds a post-graduate degree in psychology, bringing a comprehensive understanding of how children and teenagers learn, develop, and thrive.
​
Drawing from over 30 years of experience teaching dance, drama, and music, Jules creates a supportive and encouraging environment where students can develop into well-rounded performers and confident individuals.
​
Her classes balance high expectations and accepted industry standards with developmentally appropriate progression and genuine encouragement, supporting students in their individual endeavours, be they auditions, future study, or a lifelong love of performing.
​
Jules extensive professional industry experience includes performance and production credits across stage and screen. She has extensively trained with experts at Deakin University, the Geelong Society of Operatic and Dramatic Arts, Masterclass, the New York Film Academy, and the Australian Film, Television, and Radio School.
